Lip Blushing Treatment Process
During your appointment, your artist will go over color choices that best fit your skin tone and desired look. Once a color is chosen they will clean your lips and apply a numbing cream. Once your lips are numb, they will begin the lip blushing treatment.
The lip blushing artist will start mapping out your lips which will consist of doing an outline or shading the outer edges of your lips first to get the correct shape and define the lip areas they will be shading.
Once the mapping is complete she will start coloring your lips with a permanent makeup tool. The lips will be pulled to make sure the pigment is reaching the lips in the correct places.
The process takes about one and half to two hours from start to finish.

Lip Blushing Healing Process Day by Day
Lip Blush aftercare is very important to the appearance and longevity of your new lips. These are the lip blushing healing stages:
Immediately following the procedure, lips will feel dry, chapped, tight and tender to the touch. They may appear swollen and bright in color. This is all normal. Apply a thin layer of healing ointment to your lips as often as needed (we recommend at least every two hours) for the next 24 hours.
For 4 hours after treatment, apply light pressure on lips with a clean paper towel, to remove any lymph. After 4 hours, start applying ointment as needed to keep lips constantly moist. No kissing, rubbing or friction on treatment area
Lips might still be tender, swollen and bruised and small bumps might appear. These things are all normal and is part of healing process.
Apply ointment on lips several times a day. Keep lips moist at all times. Avoid oily, spicy and heavily seasoned food and drink with a straw. After every meal gently rinse and clean lips with water and pat dry, then re-apply ointment.
Between these days, lips will begin the process of peeling, and color will lighten by 30%-50%.
Do not pick or rub your lips and let the peeling happen naturally. Continue keeping your lips moist!
To help with the peeling process, apply a lip scrub to your lips once a day. Gently massage the scrub on your lips for about 30 seconds in circular motions, then rinse off with water.Apply ointment on lips several times a day. Keep lips moist at all times. Avoid oily, spicy and heavily seasoned food.
Lips will be 60%-70% healed. Color will have lightened significantly.
Lips are done peeling at this point, and color is light. You may return to your normal routines. Your lips will continue to heal, up to 6 weeks. Every week more color will surface, it is important to continue keeping lips moist to get the best color at the end of the healing phase.
